Track and Field is open to all interested HPMS students in the 6th-8th grades. It is also a no cut sport. All students interested in participating for Track and Field must complete an athletic packet and physical form and return it to the main office before the start of each season.
Our track team often has over 100 participants, so parent volunteers are vital to our success. Please complete the volunteer clearance form as well as the insurance information for driving other students if believe you will be able to volunteer to help this year!
These forms typically take a couple of weeks to clear, so turning them in before the season starts is highly recommended.
The first practice of the season is Monday, April 10, 2017 after school. Student will meet on the blacktop near the track. Watch HPTV for more information.
Make sure you have both packets filled out and turned in to the main office before you come to practice.
NO PACKET = NO PRACTICE OR MEETS.
Track meets and practice schedules will be posted on the school website and given to students once the schedule is finalized.
The track season will run from late March thru late May.

Athletic Community Service
Keeping in line with the Pleasanton Unified School District’s new Mission and Vision statements:
Our students will make a better world
Every student will be a resourceful, resilient, responsible and engaged world citizen.
This year, all HP student athletes are being asked to contribute a minimum of 2 hours of service back to their school or community. As a team, there are many ways teams will be able to contribute or give back to the community or to the improvement of our campus. Ideas should be discussed by the team and coach, then approved by the Athletic Director, Jack Parsons.
