STUDENT SCHEDULING INFORMATION

  WELCOME TO HARVEST PARK!
6th Grade Scheduling Information for 2020/2021
 
    • Getting Ready for Harvest Park - here you will find important dates and helpful information regarding what's to come for middle school at HPMS 
    • Sixth Grade Scheduling 2020-2021 - we are asking all incoming 6th grade parents/guardians to complete this online form. This is a brief questionnaire and will help us plan our 6th grade program. Please submit the electronic form by Friday, March 20, 2020.

    • Online course selection window will be open from February 11 - February 21 on your Q Student Connect (this must be done through the student portal)
    • For BAND and STRINGS students, you will be selecting "Concert Band" or "Strings II" in your course selections, respectively.  Mr. Perazzo will let counselors know of your placement after auditions and we will make the change to your course selections.
    • Choose your elective classes as if you WILL NOT be applying for an application class. Once you apply and get accepted into an application class, counselors will add it to your course selections.
 
           ALTERNATES
    • Please select your ALTERNATE elective choices through the 7th-Grade ALTERNATE google form.  In the rare event that we cannot accommodate your first choices, we would like to know what your next choices are.

 

APPLICATION CLASSES

    • Yearbook/Media/Leadership has a combined application form, available online or in the counseling office.  NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS.
    • AVID Application.   NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS.

NEW STUDENT INFORMATION

Students wishing to enroll at Harvest Park Middle School need to have their parents or guardians register with Erin Lyions in the counseling office.  A new student packet must be filled out completely prior to enrollment.

Parents or guardians may pick up a packet during regular office hours: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.  It's helpful to call ahead to let Chris know you're coming: 925-426-4457
