Principal’s Message to Families |
|
Happy Monday! Welcome to the 6th week of school. This year is off to the races, and we mean that literally, as our 8th grade science classes have built mousetrap cars that zoomed around campus (mine is a work in progress, but I promise to share). Dance performances abounded - they were amazing - and we are so proud of our students! Shoutout to our PE teachers for all the great work. We are also starting our tutorials programs. We will be having math and ELA support after school from 3:15-4:15 pm starting next week, Sept 20th. And if they need additional support, we have started mandatory study hall. If you feel your student needs support in Math or ELA, please reach out to our counselors to sign up (Math will be on Mondays and Fridays from 3:15 - 4:15 pm, and ELA on Tuesdays/Thursdays during that same time frame). And finally, please fill out the community survey - LINK. The feedback will help us to best support you and your student. Warmly, Russell |
